Welcome to the age of the urban warehouse! Volume DIVE is a patented robotics-based storage and picking container warehouse system for standard euro containers and beverage crates, developed for Quick Commerce. Throughput can be flexibly scaled up to 4,000 containers/h. Instead of long restacking, they can be accessed quickly. Lifters are not required, as the robots can place the totes directly on the floor. In the smallest version, our storage box warehouse Volume DIVE takes up only 16 m². The individual modules fit through any normal store door and can also be installed in the "back room" of urban store locations.
Storage and retrieval are possible from all sides of the fully automated storage and picking system. The robots can place the totes directly on the floor, so no lifters are required. You can continue to use your standard Euro containers - both inside and outside the system. This means there is no need to purchase new custom-built boxes.
VOLUME Dive works extremely fast and highly efficiently. You are free to decide which throughput rate is to be achieved. Our container warehouse is designed in such a way that, if required, up to 4,000 double cycles per hour can be realized. The clever three-level design allows the shortest possible access times without time-consuming restacking.
The storage box warehouse Volume DIVE offers maximum storage capacity in the smallest possible space. The system is ultra-compact, fitting into any downtown gap - even typical "back room" storage in small, urban stores.
Volume DIVE's performance can be upgraded at any time due to the number of robots. Attachments are not required, and there are no restrictions imposed by picking ports.
Volume DIVE's modular design also gives you ultimate flexibility. The modules are available in two sizes. One module can hold 48 totes. The possibility of a simple connection speeds up installation and commissioning of the container warehouse.
Access to any container at any time
Despite the compactness of our container warehouse system, fast access to each individual container is possible - also thanks to the 360° rotating unit of the snapper or robot. Only minimal restacking is required. Due to the stacking height of three totes, restacking only takes place once on average.

The core components of Volume DIVE are the Speed Rack (module-based racking system), Snapper (mobile robots) and the Load Carriers (standard euro containers or beverage crates).
The process – here’s how it works: The Volume DIVE container warehouse system consists of several modules of 48 containers each and can be extended as required. The robot travels along the entire level and stores and retrieves the totes across the modules. It has a rotating gripper unit and is thus able to pick up and discharge containers on all four sides of the storage system. Placement on the floor is also possible. The containers themselves can be stacked at different heights within a tower. The throughput is scalable up to 4000 bins/h.
